WOMEN OF VALUE, ELEGANCE, iNFLUENCE
 
For you created my innermost being; you knitted me together in my mother's womb.  I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.  My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place.  When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body.  All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.  How precious to me are your thoughts, O God!  Were I to count them they would out number the grains of sand.  When I awake, I am still with you.

W.O.V.E.N.  was divinely inspired by God and imparted into Pastor Chauntell West's heart to remind the Women of God that we are Women Of Value, Elegance, iNfluence.  Before we were created God himself knew each and every one of us and destined us for good success.
 
Ladies, WE ARE FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE.
 
Through LCI's Women's Department we will encourage the Women of God in an atmosphere of love and prayer, to help, to rebuild, to strengthen and to restore commitments and relationships with God.  As we weave ourselves together through mentoring, prayer, Bible study and fellowship.
 
Through mentoring we will encourage you to have a committed and effective prayer life.
 
Through prayer and service you will develop leadership abilities and become empowered with the tools necessary for successful Christian living, which will catapult us to higher heights in our careers.
 
Through the fellowship of seminars, conferences, retreats and intimate outings, as God increases we will intertwine to knit our family together.
 
Through studying the word of God and the wisdom of our Elder Women, W.O.V.E.N. will promote healthy living habits and instill in our hearts how to create loving, nurturing relationships in our homes, churches and communities.
